Penandatanganan MOU antara POLNES dan Unit Khusus Pelaksana Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) yang secara terpisah menandatangani di Jakarta dan di kantor SKK Minyak dan Gas Kalimantan wilayah Kalimantan-Sulawesi, berlokasi di Jl. Marsma R. Iswahyudi No.65, Sepinggan, Balikpapan Selatan, Kota Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur 76115.MoU dari SKK Migas Center ditandatangani oleh Sekretaris Arief Setiawan Handoko di Jakarta sedangkan untuk POLNES yang ditandatangani langsung oleh Direktur POLNES Mr. Ir. H. Ibayasid, M.Sc, disaksikan oleh perwakilan SKK Migas Pusat, dari Divisi Institutional Relations yaitu Bapak Bambang Dwi Djanuarto, Shinta Swasti dan Pak Haidar. Perwakilan dari PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PT PHM) Bapak Visnu dan Bapak Djulianto Tasmat, dari PT Benua Taka Bapak Arief Rahmansyah, dari perwakilan Vico Indonesia Bapak Efendi Zarkasi, dari Perwakilan Eny Muara Bakau, Ibu Rafika Diana, dari Perwakilan Medco, Bapak Zaid Thalib, dari Perwakilan SAKA, Ubaedullah, dan dari SKK Kalsul diwakili oleh Bapak Handel Martua, sementara rombongan dari POLNES hadir di bawah pimpinan Bapak Ir. H. Ibayasid, M.Sc, Deputi Direktur IV, Drs. Surahman, MM, Ph.D., Kepala Kantor Internasional dan Kemitraan (IOP) Dr. Indah Martati, SE, MM, dan Dosen Teknik Mesin Hariadi, ST, MT.

      Signing of MOU between POLNES and Special Unit for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Executor (SKK Migas), which is separately signing in Jakarta and in Oil and Gas SKK office of Kalimantan-Sulawesi region, located at Jl. Marsma R. Iswahyudi No.65, Sepinggan, Balikpapan Selatan, Kota Balikpapan, East Kalimantan 76115. MoU from the SKK Migas Center was signed by the Secretary Mr. Arief Setiawan Handoko in Jakarta while for POLNES signed directly by the Director of POLNES Mr. Ir. H. Ibayasid, M.Sc, witnessed by representatives of SKK Migas Pusat, from the Division of Institutional Relations namely Mr. Bambang Dwi Djanuarto, Shinta Swasti and Mr. Haidar.        Through collaboration with the Home Office of SKK Migas is expected to move K3S in the region of Kalsul to open themselves to cooperate with POLNES. This collaboration was built to support the dual system program on the revitalization process of the Politeknik Negeri Samarinda with 2 study programs which become the pilot project i.e Bachelor of applied road and bridge engineering and diploma program 3 heavy equipment technique which will be followed by other study program.
